From Bobby Majka: Honored to Join the OneWorld Health Family

Today marks my first day as CEO of OneWorld Health—and I couldn’t be more honored to join this incredible mission.

Throughout my career in global development, operations, and business leadership, one thing has always been clear to me: lasting, meaningful change happens when local leaders are at the center. That’s what drew me to OneWorld Health—and why I couldn’t be more excited to join this incredible mission.

This organization’s model of empowering local teams, strengthening healthcare systems, and creating lasting change is something I have long admired—and now have the privilege of joining.

As I step into this role, my first priority is to listen. Over the coming weeks and months, I am eager to connect with our teams across Uganda, Nicaragua, and Honduras, as well as with our donors, volunteers, and partners. I want to hear your stories, understand your hopes, and learn how I can best support the incredible work already happening across our communities.

Together, we will build on OneWorld Health’s strong foundation and continue expanding access to life-changing care where it’s needed most.
